Types can range from sea freight softwood style machine base or BER cases to plywood cases to crate style cases as well as Airfreight style cases designed to be lightweight yet strong to minimise on freight costs. Any specification can be designed.
All cases are marked with International shipping marks and Centre
of Gravity indicators. Wooden cases are manufactured to withstand the rigours of
transportation designed to take constant lifting before arrival to final destination.
All cases are waterproofed and fully lined to prevent water
damage. Goods that are to be exported to a humid climate can be packaged in
heat sealed polythene or aluminium barrier foil to prevent damp damage.

Batten plywood cases
Ideal for road and air freight type cargo as well as containerised sea freight cargo our batten plywood cases are ISPM-15 compliant. Designs can incorporate large scale sizes in various thickness plywood such as 6mm, 9mm, 12mm or 25mm with solid softwood bases to add additional strength.

Riveted plywood
More robust packaging than cartons for airfreight cargo but still lightweight. Our metal edged plywood cases can be supplied with softwood solid bases for heavier cargo or with plywood bases and lid to keep packages light weight. Available in a range of sizes supplied in KD form or ready made.

ISPM-15 Pallets
Can be made to order as two way or four way entry, standard size or euro pallets. Pallets can be designed to bespoke sizes with additional base support frames, solid base or open crated base designs, utilising block or compressed wood mid and corner points. All pallets are ISPM-15 stamped.

Softwood BER cases
Sea freight case suitable as two way fork lift entry for lighter sea freight cargo our wooden cases are ISPM-15 compliant. Designed for smaller pieces of cargo this two way entry wooden case is ideal for container stowing and road freight. Strong, robust and sturdy the BER wooden case provides a cost effective method to export pack cargo for seafreight.

Softwood machine base case
Our Sea freight machine base wooden cases are designed for heavier, larger consignments requiring good protection in transit. Constructed from ISPM-15 compliant softwood with designs commensurate with weight and size of cargo, this type of case offers solutions for all types of equipment.

Wooden crates
Wooden Crate construction with open boarded cases offer cost effective packaging for cargo requiring basic handling protection but not full weatherproofing during transit. Our wooden crates are constructed with ISPM-15 timber and can be designed to any size of cargo. Ideal type of packaging to ease handling of equipment through ports.

Exhibition/reusable cases
Our exhibition "bolted returnable" cases are constructed primarily for continued reuse of equipment such as exhibition display items that require protective packaging during periods of non use. Available in number of styles in plywood, softwood, and screwed or bolted for easy of assembly, all cases are ISPM-15 compliant suitable for worldwide export.
